Areas for improvement:
The Waterpark was closed and it will open in November. The valet parking is very busy during check in specifically during the weekend.

I liked everything about the Grand Hyatt. The hotel was top class, the Staff were wonderful, they were very friendly and very very helpful. The food in the many many restaurants was out of this world....
Areas for improvement:
I didn't like "Having to go" from such a wonderful place.
